At Autodesk, our primary focus is on our customers and helping them reach their goals. But we’re also continuing to reduce our environmental impact, build a great workplace, and live our values every day. This report details many of the environmental, human rights, and philanthropic efforts that are core to our business, and what we’ve been working on over the past year.

Why we report

At Autodesk, we published our first sustainability report in 2008. Since then, we have consistently disclosed details about our performance. We provide sustainability reporting for many reasons, including:

• To provide information to various audiences—such as investors, analysts, customers, prospective and current employees, non-governmental organizations—to assess our progress and inform their decisions.
• To share our approach, and encourage other companies to borrow best practices and ideas.
• To show our customers that Autodesk faces many of the same challenges they do.
