When you buy Per-Incident Support, you can contact Autodesk product support for assistance with any eligible product in the Autodesk portfolio during local business hours. You will receive assistance in any product-supported language.
Per Incident is available for most products. Autodesk Per-Incident Support is available for purchase through an Autodesk Authorized Reseller or online through the Autodesk eStore. Your reseller can provide the complete list available to you.
