Autodesk® Per-Incident Support provides access to Autodesk technical phone support on an as-needed basis.

When you buy Per-Incident Support, you can contact Autodesk product support for assistance with any eligible product in the Autodesk portfolio during local business hours. You will receive assistance in any product-supported language.

How Per-Incident Support Works

  • Autodesk Per-Incident Support provides access to Autodesk global phone support for a per-incident fee
  • You will be charged a one-time fee for each incident; one incident handled per call
  • There is no additional charge for multiple calls relating to the same incident
  • Per-Incident Support does not require Autodesk Subscription; includes no Subscription benefits
  • Per-Incident Support does not provide support for third-party software, operating systems, customization using Visual Basic® or Visual C++®, or device drivers not supplied with Autodesk products
  • Must be used within 30 days of purchase and is non-refundable

How do I Purchase It?
