Software License Agreements

Autodesk® software is not sold. Rather, we license it to the End User under the terms of the Autodesk Software License Agreement (EULA) applicable to the particular Autodesk software product. Note that the terms of the Autodesk EULA may vary depending upon both the specific software product and the specific geographical region in which you obtained your software license. Please refer to your particular software product for the EULA terms applicable to your use of that software. Unless you have another agreement directly with Autodesk that controls and alters your use of Autodesk software products, the terms and conditions of the EULA apply to you.

We generally provide our EULAs electronically within each software product as a “click through” license. However, for some of our software products we include the EULA as a printed form inside the software package.

For your convenience, we have posted below the EULAs for some of our software titles and versions. These EULAs may change without notice and we provide them here for reference purposes only. Remember that you are bound by the specific EULA that applies to each product you have licensed and installed.
