Rendering with a background image Issue
When you render in Revit®, there is no option to use a custom background image. Solution
Currently, the default sky backgrounds are the only available background options when rendering. However, you can use the following procedure to place a custom background image: - Render the image in Revit.
- When the rendering is complete, click Image > Export.
- Select either the TIF or PNG file format, and then click Save.
- In another project view, click Insert > Image. Browse to the location of your custom background image.
- One the background image is in place, repeat Step 4 to import the previously rendered image over the custom background image.
Note: You may need to resize the background image behind the rendered image.
