Partial CUI files not converted to CUIx file format during migration Issue
Some of your partial CUI files were not properly migrated after you ran the AutoCAD® 2010 Migration wizard. Solution
If your partial CUI file was not properly migrated, manually unload it (if it is currently loaded) and then reload it using the command CUILOAD. It will be converted automatically to the CUIx format. Note: Migrating a CUI file to the new CUIx format requires file modification and creation operations. If the CUI file is in a read-only folder, it will not be migrated and you will need to move it to a folder with read/write privileges before the migration can occur.
