Unrecoverable error occurs when importing DWG files Issue
You attempted to import a DWG file into Revit® 2009, but you received an unrecoverable error message and Revit crashed. Solution
This problem is caused by errors in the AutoCAD® DWG file. You can correct the problem by using the Audit, Recovery, and Purge tools contained in AutoCAD and AutoCAD-based products to remove the errors from the file. This problem can also be caused if extra annotation scales are being loaded into the AutoCAD DWG file. The AutoCAD 2009 family of products will warn you of the extra annotation scales in the drawing when the file is opened in AutoCAD. However, AutoCAD 2008 and related products may not provide a warning regarding the extra annotation scales. To correct this problem, remove the extra annotation scales by using the Scales List Cleanup Utility for AutoCAD and AutoCAD-based products. You can download the Scales List Cleanup Utility using the following link: http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=DL11062617
