Enabling toolbars in DWF preview

Issue

When you used the Autodesk® Design Review 2009 preview in Productstream® Professional 2009, your DWF file was displayed and some of the DWF command were available, but some of the toolbars (for example, the toolbar containing the Print button) were missing. There seems to be no way for you to enable these toolbars.

Solution

To enable the toolbars in the DWF preview

Note: To perform this procedure, you need to be able to log on as a Productstream Professional Administrator and understand the Productstream Professional configuration.

  1. In Productstream Professional 2009, open the Configuration Editor.
  2. In the Configuration Editor, locate the GuiViews section and the DefaultPreviewDWFView component.
  3. In the DefaultPreviewDWFView component, change the value of the attribute, EnableADRToolbars to 1.
  4. Save the configuration.
  5. Restart Productstream Professional 2009.
  6. To enable the additional toolbars, right-click at the top of the DWF preview in Productstream Professional 2009 and select the desired toolbar from the shortcut menu.
