When performing an item import where parent items may not be correctly associated with child items.
In a continuing effort to provide high quality products, Autodesk has released this Productstream server hotfix which addresses an issue when performing an item import.
Installation Instructions
Download the TS1069896.zip hotfix to the system where the ADMS server is installed.
Instruct all users that the server will be unavailable while applying the update.
Extract the file to a temporary folder on the server.
Double-click on the TS1069896.exe to install the hotfix.
