Properties dialog box does not displayIssueWhen you tried to open the Properties dialog box, it did not display. You then tried to launch it again and you saw _propertiesclose on the command line or in the text window. SolutionTo restore the Properties palette and other palettes to their default locations, rename the profile.aws file, fixedprofile.aws. This file can be found in the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2007\R17.0\enu\Support\Profiles directory. This path may vary based on the product and release you are using. Once you have renamed this file, restart AutoCAD® and the profile.aws file will be recreated with the default locations for the palettes.
