SolutionYou received this error message because the client computer was not able to communicate with the license server. You can resolve this issue using one of the following methods: - If there is a firewall setting running on the server and/or the client computer, disable it. You should also make sure that ports 2080 and 27000-27009 are functional.
- The error indicates that there is an issue with the HOSTNAME. You can substitute the the ip address of the server for the HOSTNAME of the server in the licpath.lic file on the client computer.
