| Aligning new hatch entities to existing hatch entitiesWith AutoCAD 2006, you can align the hatch pattern of newly created hatch entities to existing hatch entities:
- Double-click the existing hatch entity to invoke Hatch Edit.
- Activate the "Store as default origin" checkbox and leave the hatch edit dialog with OK.
- to create new hatch entities that share the same origin, enter BHATCH and make
sure to select "Use current hatch origin". This way, the newly created hatch entities
will align nicely to the existing hatch entity. Tip submitted by:
