Autodesk GIS Design Server 8 SP2 provides updates to the Client Components and Generic Application to support Autodesk Map 2004.
Autodesk GIS Design Server 8 SP2 does not support Autodesk Map 6 or earlier. For more information on the enhancements and updates in SP2, download the Release Notes.

Installation Instructions
- Download AGDS8_SP2.zip. Note the directory to which you download the file (for example, C:\Temp)
- Decompress (unzip) the file.
- On the Windows Start menu, click the Run command.
- In the Run dialog box, enter the setup command: setup For example, if the files were in to C:\Temp, unzip C:\Temp\setup.
- To begin the setup, click OK. For more information, please see the instructions in Chapter 2 “Setup and Installation” in the Getting Started Guide.
