This error message indicates that the installation failed at some point due to existing system-dependant circumstances. Suggestions for troubleshooting and possible solutions: - Before installing your Autodesk® software, ensure that the proper versions of Microsoft® Windows® Installer (MSI) and Microsoft® Internet Explorer are installed on the system, and that the operating system meets any service pack requirements for the Autodesk software that you want to install.
- Before installing your Autodesk software: Uninstall any existing Autodesk software; delete the Autodesk Shared folder; delete the following subkeys from the Windows registry:
