This License Manager Run-Time System (RTS) resolves issues with the Stand-alone License Manager. These issues include unexpected loss of authorization, slow peer-to-peer network access, Windows® XP compatibility, and loss of authorization when removing or adding external storage devices. Customers who start their computer from different operating systems on different hard drives may have to authorize more than once after installing this update.
