This version of ATTREDEF resolves the following problems:
Block insertions are all placed on the current layer after running the ATTREDEF command.
Block insertions residing on locked layers are duplicated, resulting in two copies of such blocks.
An error occures when re-defining a block with an attribute tag of the same name as the block being redefined.
ATTREDEF now properly allows you to remove all attributes by selecting no new attributes for the new block definition. Previously, the selection would be incorrectly rejected if no new attributes were included.
