How to Create a Subscription Center Account

Scenario

You need to create a Subscription Center account and/or find out whether the product you're using is on a Subscription contract.

Solution

Watch our video walkthrough or follow the instructions below to create a new Subscription Center account.

Before creating a new account, you'll need to first verify that you're a Subscription Customer and that the product you're using is on a Subscription contract:

  1. From the Subscription Center log in page, click Create an Account.

  1. Enter your product serial number and click Submit.

Note: Finding your serial number will vary depending on the product you're using. For most products:

  • Click Help or the pull-down arrow beside the help icon in the top, right corner of the product toolbar
  • Select About
  • Click Product Information or Product License Information. Your serial number will appear in the pop-up window.

  1. After successfully verifying that your product is on Subscription, fill in the form with your profile information and click Create Profile.  You'll be taken directly to your Subscription Center account homepage.

Note: An email address can only be associated with one Subscription Center account. If the one provided is already in use, you'll need to reset your Subscription Center password.
