Simulation CFD - Transition Guide for CFdesign Portal Users

Message from your Autodesk Simulation CFD Support Team:

The CFdesign customer portal has been transitioned to the Autodesk web domain. We understand the confusion that many users are having regarding where the resources are located now under Autodesk.com.  Our goal here is to provide you with a cheat sheet on where to find the old content.

Case Creation and Contract Management:

Autodesk Subscription Center (SubCenter): This will be the site that you will use in the future to create cases, download the product, manage users, and find other information that pertains to your subscription services.

Direction to Sign into SubCenter: Your old logins for the CFdesign.com will not work with Autodesk. You will need to create a new account. The .pdf linked earlier will help you move forward.  Chances are you could do recover password if you are a legacy user.

Note on the subscription center: Traditionally with CFdesign the portal and support management was done between support and the end user. This allowed us to fix logins, update contacts, and manage accounts for you. Moving forward, this is owned by the contract manager (typically the manager who purchased the product) along with the Autodesk Business Services.

Global Business Services (GBS): 1-800-538-6401
GBS is your one stop shop in regards to changing the Contract Manager, updating any contact information, adding new (SubCenter) users to an account, and requesting install media. You would also contact them about any issues relating to SubCenter, for example if you don’t have subscription to the CFD products.  If you cannot create a case online they should be the first ones you talk with.
