Green Building Studio is not accessible through Internet Explorer

Problem

When trying to access the Green Building Studios' website through Internet Explorer, you get the message that this web page is not available.  When others try the same thing on their computer, it works with no problems.

Solution

There is some setting in your internet set up that is interferring with you connecting to this site. 

First try to add this site to your secure sites.  This is done by opening the interent tools dialog box from the pull down menu in the upper right hand corner of your explorer.  Select the Security tab and then Trusted Sites and then select the sites button and add the full path https:\\gbs.autodesk.com.  Close the trusted sites dialog, select apply in the Internet options dialog and close the dialog box.  Close Internet Explorer and then reopen and try the link again.   

If this does not work, then you should re-opne the Internet Options Dialog box, and select the Advanced tab. 

Select the Reset button.  Again, close the Internet Explorer completely.  Restart and you should be able to access this site again.
