| After Migrating from a previous release, the wrong online Tab is displaying in the RibbonIssueWhen migrating your settings between AutoCAD 2012 and 2013 The AutoCAD 2013 “Online” Ribbon Tab gets replaced by the AutoCAD WS Ribbon Tab from AutoCAD 2012. The problem is that you are not getting to see any of the Autodesk 360 features in the AutoCAD 2013 “Online” TAB of the Ribbon. SolutionThe work around is to use the CUILOAD command to unload the “AUTOCADWS” partial menu. Then use the MENU command to re load the “ACAD.CUIX” menu. Steps: At the command line type “CUILOAD”. Unload the “AUTOCADWS” partial menu Close the “Load/Unload Customizations” dialog using the Close button. Now type “MENU” at the command line. Select the “ACAD.CUIX” file and click on the “Open” button. NOTE: This will re load the main AutoCAD 2013 menu and all the workspaces. Click on the “Online” TAB and notice that you now see the expected Autodesk 360 features.
