How to invite new users to access your Subscription Account

Scenario

You need to invite new users to access your Subscription Center account.

Solution

As the Contract Manager or Software Coordinator, you can invite new users from your company to access Subscription Center and enjoy all or some of your Subscription benefits.

Before inviting new users to access Subscription Center, you'll first need to allow users to create their own accounts:

  1. Sign into Subscription Center and click Contract Administration.

  1. Click Set Access from Product.

  1. Under Allow users to create their own Subscription Center accounts, ensure Yes is selected.  If you have multiple contracts, you'll need to select this for each individual contract number.  When finished, click Save Settings.

  1. Then from the Contract Administration homepage, click Invite New Users.

  1. Add new users individually by entering their email address, first name and last name. When finished, click Add to Recipient List. 

    Note: You can also add multiple users at once by typing or cutting and pasting directly into the Recipient List.

  1. Choose whether your new users will have access to Full Product Downloads, select which Subscription Contract they will be associated with and then grant the appropriate access levels under Provide User Access.

  1. Include a Personal Message in the invitation (optional) and then click Send Invite.

    Note: You can Preview the invitation to check that everything is correct before sending.
