Analysis is Incorrectly Queued

Issue

After clicking Solve on the Solve dialog, the "Queued" message appears in the Status bar, and the analysis does not start.

Solution

Verify that no other analyses are running using the CFD Solution Monitor:

  1. From the Start menu, click All Programs > Autodesk.
  2. Click Autodesk Simulation CFD 2012.
  3. Click CFD Solution Monitor.

If an analysis is running that is less important than the one you are trying to start, right click on it, and click "Stop job." The queued analysis should then start.

If it does not, you should reset the CFD Server Manager:

  1. From the Start menu, click All Programs > Autodesk.
  2. Click Autodesk Simulation CFD 2012.
  3. Click CFD Server Manager. (For Vista and Win7 machines, Right-Click and "Run as Admin")
  4. Click Stop.
  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Click Install.
