After running some iterations and stopping, the following error occurs when the analysis is continued:
Error: Unable to write restart file
Solution
This error means that the Solver was unable to read the last saved result (or time step) file.
To resolve this issue:
1. Check permissions to the folder containing the analysis. In some cases permissions were barely sufficient to run the initial analysis, but not adequate to continue running. Ensure that you have full read and write privileges to the working directory.
2. Check hard drive space. If space is limited, the last result file may be corrupted. After clearing space on the disk, continue the analysis from a previously saved result set.
3. Attempt to continue from a previously saved result set.
