The following error is issued after starting a simulation:
Error: Model contains disconnected region(s).
This means that a part is not connected to the any other part in the model.
Solution
Inspect the analysis model to determine which part is disconnected from the model. Parts may appear to be connected in the geometry model, but a part that is suppressed from the mesh could render another part to be isolated.
The only exception to this rule is a solid part that has a Motion assignment. Such a part can be completely separated from the rest of the model. If this is the intent, verify that a solid material is assigned to the part and that it has a motion definition.
