Upon launching Autodesk® Simulation CFD, a command prompt appears, and displays the following error:

Failed to detect image file format
Solution
This error is often indicates that a Graphics issue exists either with the current model or with the installation.
Make sure you are on the latest build date of Autodesk® Simulation CFD (Help > About Autodesk Simulation CFD) and update to the current build if necessary.
If you are on the latest build, run the installer and choose the "Repair" option. Reboot the machine if prompted.
If you continue to see the error, contact Technical Support.
