How to sign into Subscription Center

Scenario

You're a Subscription Customer and need help signing into your Subscription Center account.

Solution

Watch our video walkthrough or follow the below instructions for how to sign into Subscription Center:

To sign into your Subscription account:

  1. Go to the Subscription Center Sign In page
  2. Enter your User ID and Password and click Submit.

If you can't remember your User ID
Click Forgot User ID? and enter the email address associated with your Autodesk Subsctiption account, which in most cases is your primary business email address.  Click Submit to have your User ID emailed to you.

If you can't remember your password
You'll need to reset your Subscription Center password.

Subscription Center is fully compatible with the following Internet Browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and 9
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Safari

Note: Internet Explorer 10 is not currently compatible with Subscription Center and as a result may not function properly. If you're using Internet Explorer 10, we recommend adding Autodesk.com to your Compatibility View Settings as described below:

  • Hold down Alt-T, select Compatibility View Settings
  • Add "autodesk.com".

If you still experience any issues, we recommend using one of the above Internet Browsers.
