Failure Creating 64 bit Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 Deployment from a 32 bit Operating System

Issue

You attempt to create a 64 bit deployment of the Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2012 from a machine running a 32 bit operating system and it fails while creating the deployment.  A error message is displayed during the deployment creation similar to the following:

Solution

To resolve this issue, it is recommend that you create the deployment from a machine running Windows XP Professional x64.
