You need to know what components are installed by the Vault client.
Solution
The list of Client components is as follows:-

Microsoft Chart Controls for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (* This is installed by the Inventor installer for the Inventor add-in.)
Note:- The above components are only installed if Inventor is not already installed. Some components are only installed in the licenced versions of Vault (Workgroup, Collaboration, Professional) and not in the unlicenced version bundled with certain Autodesk Qualifying Products
