AutoCAD products experience a crash with a Windows skinning utility installed

Issue

You have a 3rd-party, Windows skinning product installed on your system and when you click on the top of the AutoCAD product window you experience a crash.

Solution

Based on the report you submitted it appears that you have experienced a crash in a your AutoCAD product caused by a Windows skinning utility that changes the appearance of application windows and dialogs. 

The following Windows skinning products have been identified as causing this crash:

Please visit the vendor’s website to see if there is an update to the application to address the crash you experienced.  If no updates are available, you will need to disable these applications on your system in order to use your Autodesk software.
