| Missing Language Pack and Performance Hotfix In a continued effort to improve, we are releasing this hotfix for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 to address the following issues: - Missing Language Pack dialog – This hotfix resolve a specific issue where this dialog appears unexpectedly upon opening a drawing.
- Delay while opening drawings – This hotfix resolves a specific issue that causes drawings to take a long time to open.
- Large file size – This hotfix resolves a specific issue that causes drawings to increase in size even when there has been no additional data added to the drawing.
To apply this hotfix, unzip the attached file, which is AeccNetwork.dbx, and overwrite the existing file located in your program directory; for example C:\Program Files \AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009. Once this hotfix is applied, the affected drawings will need to be opened and saved to resolve the issue. As a result, you may see these issues appear the first time you open an affected drawing.
