Unable to create a deployment from the Autodesk Design Suites

Issue

You purchased Autodesk Design Suite Standard 2011, Autodesk Design Suite Premium 2011 or Autodesk Design Suite Advanced 2011 and there is no option to create a deployment.

Solution

Autodesk Showcase 2011, Alias Design 2011 and Alias Sketch 2011 do not support deployment so the option to create a deployment from the installer for the Suites containing those products is not available.  You can still create deployments of AutoCAD 2011 and 3ds Max Design 2011 however you must use separate media.

Obtaining media for AutoCAD 2011 or 3ds Max Design 2011

Partners: Open a service request through the Partner Center or your VAD.

Customers: Contact your reseller and have them request those products be shipped to you. 

Once you receive the DVDs, you can use them to create deployments of those products.  Please use the serial number associated with your Suite to activate those products.

Note: For AutoCAD 2011, you can avoid the media request by downloading the trial version from this location.
