Using LandXML to Import Points From Land Desktop to Civil 3D IssueYou are exporting Points from Land Desktop and bringing them into Civil 3D. However, the coordinates are incorrect, and do not match the original Point data. SolutionWhen importing Points from a LandXML file, you must make sure that the units settings in the LandXML file match the drawing or Survey Database settings. In Civil 3D, you have the option to choose either International Foot or Survey Foot in the Drawing Settings and the Survey Database. However, Land Desktop does not have these settings for the drawing. You must make this distinction in the LandXML Export dialog box, at the time you export. In this dialog box, hit the Data button under Export Options:
