How to reactivate an expired Subscription Home Use license
Your Subscription Home Use License has expired and you would like to know how to reauthorize it to continue working in the product.
The reauthorization process requires completing a new Subscription Home Use License Agreement and submitting it to www.autodesk.com/register for approval. If approved, the Home Use License will be extended for another term. The serial number will remain the same, however the product will need to be reactivated on the client machine.
1. Locate and delete the .data file and the backup file.
Windows Vista/Windows 7
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\adskflex_00691b00_tsf.data_backup.001
Note: 2010 products or later will use a .DATA file and deleting this file will delete all existing activations for 2010 products or later.
2. Launch the product.
3. Follow the standard activation process and the product will now be reactivated for a new period.
