Troubleshooting 101: The License Server

Issue

When you start Softimage you get the "No interactive network license available" error, and you want to check whether there is a problem with your network license server.

Solution

This video shows you how to troubleshoot the license server. If your license server is up and running, then the problem is that Softimage cannot find the license server.
