Autodesk Inventor 2010 Service Pack 1 is an incremental update.

You must install Autodesk Inventor 2010 before you can install Autodesk Inventor 2010 Service Pack 1. This service pack updates AutoCAD Inventor Suite 2010, AutoCAD Inventor Routed Systems Suite 2010, AutoCAD Inventor Simulation Suite 2010 and AutoCAD Inventor Professional 2010 for all languages.
