Content Packs added to network deployment are not being installed IssueYou created a network deployment image for AutoCAD® Civil 3D® 2010 and included one or more of the Content Packs (also known as Country Kits). However, the Content Packs you included were missing from the deployment image and the attempted local client installations. SolutionTo avoid this issue, copy the contents of all 3 installation DVDs to a local hard drive and create the deployment from there. When copying the DVDs to a local hard drive, do the following: - Create a folder on the local hard drive.
- Copy the contents of the 3 DVDs to this location. (Note: Copy all disk contents into the same folder. You may be prompted to overwrite files during this process. Click "Yes To All" to merge the disks into a single installation folder.)
- Run setup.exe from this folder on the hard disk and create the deployment with your desired Content Pack(s).
If you already installed Civil 3D 2010, but did not perform the above steps: - Copy contents of the folder "x86\c3d\content\" from the second DVD to the folder "\adminImage\x86\c3d\content\" of your Deployment.
- On the client start a Repair Installation. Go to Control Panel > Add or remove Programs > Repair or Reinstall and then select the option "Reinstall".
