Force Absolute Coordinate Entry Instead of Relative

In previous versions of AutoCAD LT, coordinates without the prefix @ were absolute. In 2007 and newer versions, the coordinates are entered in the QuickInfo box by default and are meant to be relative. To force absolute use the PREFIX "'#". When is this useful? For example when you want to move the frame of your form to 0,0 in layout view.
