| Turning off the view cube and steering wheelIssueYou want to know if you can turn off the view cube and steering wheel in order to revert to pre-2009 functionality. SolutionYou cannot turn off the steering wheel in order to revert back to pre-2009 functionality. However, you can change the size of the steering wheel. Follow these steps: - On the Settings menu, click Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click the SteeringWheels tab.
- On the SteeringWheels tab, change the size of the Big Steering Wheel Appearance and the Mini Wheel Appearance.
To turn off the view cube - On the Settings menu, click Options.
- In the Options dialog box, click the View Cube tab.
- On the View Cube tab, clear the "Show the View Cube" check box.
