Program slow to start when Microsoft® OneCare™ anti-virus software is enabled
When Microsoft® OneCare™ anti-virus software is enabled, your Autodesk product may appear to hang or freeze for several minutes when starting up.
To resolve this issue, it is necessary to disable Microsoft® OneCare™. You might also be able to configure Microsoft OneCare to exclude your Autodesk software to resolve this issue. Contact Microsoft directly for information about disabling or configuring OneCare.
