It allows for fully interactive setup and presentation of your scenes using Real Time Ray Tracing rendering, including material assignment, light interaction, and animations. Shading and rendering effects for GPU rendering are supported in raytracing mode directly out of the box.
Autodesk Real Time Ray Tracing simulates physically based light reflection and refraction as light is interacting with surface materials in a scene. In addition, physically correct soft shadows are rendered with interactive frame rates, even on a single computer.
Real Time Global Illumination technology for Autodesk Real Time Ray Tracing provides support for true global illumination, enabling calculations and visualization at interactive frame rates. The Real Time Global Illumination technology supports physically based calculation of ambient and indirect lighting using ambient occlusion and final gathering techniques.
