Stand Alone Licenses
Online License Transfer
Online license transfer allows you to move your Stand Alone Autodesk license over the Internet from one computer to another using the License Transfer Utility (LTU). This can be done either permanently (if you have purchased a new computer) or temporarily (if you need to use your license on an off-site machine or while your computer is being repaired).

Product Reactivation
Product reactivation is required when your Autodesk license is somehow invalidated, which can happen as a result of replacing or reconfiguring hardware on your computer. This can be avoided by transferring your Autodesk license before making any major system changes. If you need to reactivate your product, just following the same steps as initial activation.
