1. How do I convert files to DWF format?

If you’re using any Autodesk design application; AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Inventor, for example, you can create DWF files directly from the built-in Publish command. In the Windows Printers and Faxes control panel, right-click Autodesk DWF Writer, and then choose Properties.
