Safety Net

Speak directly to an Autodesk product support technician when you call for Autodesk Safety Net Support. You don’t need a pre-existing support agreement since you pay per incident, by credit card. An incident is one or more questions that relate to a single issue, as asked by one caller. You are not charged for extra incidents if additional calls relating to your issue are necessary.

Autodesk Safety Net Support is available in English, Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time (holidays excluded).

Pricing & Product Availability

When you call Autodesk Safety Net Support, you will be asked to pay using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Network Support is $125 per incident and Stand Alone Support is $65 per incident. If the Safety Net technician discovers that your issue is the result of a defect in the Autodesk software, you will not be charged for the incident.

Network Support
For $125 per incident, you can ask technical support questions about Autodesk MapGuide® or network support questions for the products and releases listed below.

Stand Alone Support
For $65 per incident, you can ask technical questions about installation, configuration, printing and plotting, troubleshooting, and customization using VBA or LISP/Visual LISP™ for the current release and two previous major releases of the following products:

Autodesk Safety Net Support does not provide support for third-party software, operating systems support, customization using Visual Basic or Visual C++, or support for device drivers not supplied with Autodesk products.

If you need an authorization code, you can request one at www.autodesk.com/register or by sending an email to authcodes@autodesk.com. Autodesk support technicians cannot generate authorization codes.
