Science, Technology, Engineering & Math

Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) disciplines underscore the advancements that we see every day in technology, design, and research. They are also at the heart of what inspires us to build something. Autodesk continues to develop partnerships and programs to support STEM educators and students, fostering the next generation of professionals in engineering and design innovation.

Project Lead the Way Partnership
Project Lead the Way, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement of pre-engineering instruction for middle and high school students, chose Autodesk® 2D and 3D software as the exclusive core of their project-based learning program. Autodesk software affords relevant learning and exposure to a wider range of engineering disciplines and industries.

Preble High School
Preble High School students experience math and science in action when they design and build their own high-speed vehicles and building structures. The school’s prize-winning efforts incorporate real-world tools and project-based learning.

Academic Solutions

Autodesk Design Academy
As a comprehensive pre-engineering, pre-architecture, and inter-disciplinary program for high school students, Autodesk® Design Academy provides software and innovative modular curriculum that includes the introduction to engineering foundation course from Project Lead the Way.

Autodesk Animation Academy
Immerse students in science, math, language, arts, and technology with Autodesk® 3ds Max® or Autodesk® Maya® software.
