Autodesk provides a variety of online and printed materials that help you to learn and use Autodesk® software or to develop complementary products. These materials are available in several formats.

Tutorials

The Tutorials offer an in-depth guided tour of the major features, using realistic engineering drawings and data. It is recommended that you explore the tutorials after you have read through the Getting Started section in the User’s Guide guide. The tutorials and sample data sets are included on the product media.

Skill Builders

Skill Builders are advanced learning exercises that enable you to practice performing design tasks using drawings and data. New Skill Builders are posted periodically to the AutoCAD Civil 3D Skill Builders website.

New Features Workshop

The New Features Workshop is a series of demos and tutorials that describe what’s new in each new version of AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil. If you are moving from one version of the product to another, this is a useful tool for quickly understanding what’s new in the products.

Moving from Land Desktop to Civil 3D Guide
