Report a Problem with Graphics Hardware for AutoCAD 2008, AutoCAD 2009, AutoCAD 2010-Based Products

When reporting a graphics hardware issue with AutoCAD® 2008, AutoCAD® 2009, or AutoCAD® 2010 please include a description of your problem along with a copy of the AutoCAD Performance Tuner Log. The AutoCAD Performance Tuner Log will provide Autodesk with all the information on your graphics hardware. You can access the Performance Tuner Log from the Performance Tuner dialog. Type 3DCONFIG and select the View Performance Tuner Log button. Copy the information in the Performance Tuner Log and paste it into the problem field on the form below along with a detailed description of your problem.
