Now you're ready to publish.

To publish 2D drawings or Microsoft® Office documents to DWF™ format:

  1. Click the Publish DWF button on the DWF toolbar in the latest versions of Microsoft® Outlook®, Word, Excel®, PowerPoint®, Visio®, SolidWorks®, Pro/ENGINEER®,CATIA®, ESRI® ArcGIS™, or Adobe® Acrobat®.
  2. Alternatively, from the File menu, choose Print in any Windows application, and then select Autodesk DWF Writer as the printer, to print to DWF the same way you print to paper.

To publish 3D models to DWF:

  1. From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs>Autodesk>Autodesk DWF Writer and start the DWF Writer for 3D.
  2. Follow the instructions in the Status window to capture 3D models from OpenGL applications and save them as 3D DWF files.
