Autodesk Subscription Web Support offers direct, one-to-one communication with Autodesk support technicians for fast, complete answers to your installation, configuration, and troubleshooting questions.

I have Subscription Web Support, how do I use it?
Log in to Subscription Center at http://www.autodesk.com/subscriptionlogin. From there, you can submit your questions directly to Autodesk technical product support experts.

My company has Subscription Web Support, do I have access to it?
We encourage you to contact your company’s Autodesk Software Coordinator to add you as a Subscription Web Support user.  They will be able to send you an email invitation to register for Subscription Web Support. Once registered, you will be able to log into the Subscription Center to submit your Support Request online. 

I am the Autodesk Software Coordinator for my company. How do I register for Web Support?
Use the Subscription Customer Service form to request the Subscription Welcome Kit from the Autodesk Business Center.  Registration instructions will be included in the Welcome Kit.

I do not have Subscription Web Support. How do I get it?
