Install the 2012 Product Help
The Wiki Help requires a web browser and internet connection to view. If your computer is without an internet connection, you can download and install a non-wiki version of the help to your local workstation. Click an installer to download: View the Product Help Offline
You can view the product help offline, on any operating system. Download and unpack the .zip file. Then, to view the help, open the index.html file in any browser.
