The objective of the Autodesk certification program is to assist you in the selection of system and graphics hardware to reliably use Autodesk software. Autodesk tests many hardware and driver combinations to determine which meet acceptable standards and are compatible with its products and suites.
Autodesk rates hardware stability and performance according to the following standards:
- Recommended: Meets the recommended requirements to optimally run applicable Autodesk products and suites on workstation-equivalent hardware.
- Certified: Meets the minimum requirements to run applicable Autodesk products and suites on workstation-equivalent hardware.
For optimal results, we urge you to use hardware designated as Recommended by Autodesk, along with the supported driver versions.
Find Recommended Hardware
A key component of the Autodesk certification program is the Certification Search tool. Use this tool to find out if your current hardware supports the features for various Autodesk products and suites, or to look for Recommended hardware.
Not all Autodesk products participate in hardware certification; untested products are not accessible in the tool.
