Certification Evaluator

The Autodesk® Certification Evaluator (ACE) program assembles industry recognized Master Trainers from all over the world with the goal of advancing APEX programs and expanding their availability. The primary responsibility of an ACE is to coach, mentor, and evaluate candidates that pursue the Autodesk® Certified Instructor (ACI) program. Membership to the ACE program is by invitation only.

Typical qualifications of an ACE are as follows:

  • Current Autodesk Instructor certification
  • A clear and concise understanding of contemporary instructional methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Well established in the industry as a successful trainer/teacher/instructor
  • High-level understanding of current production environments and workflow
  • Experience in a variety of instructional environments
  • Solid leadership capabilities

Sought-after qualifications of an ACE are as follows:

  • Production experience in one or more industry markets (film, games, broadcast television, design visualization)
  • A background in CG curriculum development and/or instructional design
  • Active contributor at prominent industry events
  • Interpersonal career development experience
  • Ability to travel worldwide
  • Foreign language skills
